How we handle your data.

Naomi is a personal wellness product built by AxisVale Systems. You can reach us at hello@naomi.so for any privacy-related questions.

When you use Naomi, we collect the conversations you have with Naomi, the patterns and memories the system derives from those conversations, your preferences and settings within the app, your name and email address, and standard usage data such as session times and feature interactions.

We do not collect biometric data, financial information, or precise location data.

We use this data solely to provide and improve the Naomi experience: to generate reflections and pattern observations, to maintain continuity across your sessions, and to make the product more useful over time. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.

Your data is stored on servers provided by Render (render.com), a cloud infrastructure provider based in the United States. Conversations are processed using OpenAI's API. By using Naomi, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the United States.

If you are based in the EU or UK, please be aware that this transfer occurs outside your home jurisdiction. We are a pre-registration company currently building toward full compliance. If this is a concern, please contact us before using the product.

We share data with the following infrastructure providers only: Render for hosting and storage, and OpenAI for conversation processing.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not share it with any third party beyond the infrastructure providers named above.

You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account and all associated data, by contacting hello@naomi.so.

Within the Naomi app, you can inspect, edit, and delete individual memories at any time. You can erase all data through the in-app erase ritual and export your data from the Profile section.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. During the beta period, we may retain anonymised, non-identifiable usage patterns to improve the product.

Naomi is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at hello@naomi.so and we will delete it promptly.
